LICENSE FORMS AND DISCLAIMERS

THESE WILL NEED TO BE FILLED OUT AND SENT TO THE OFFICE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON.
The Banger licence form is unchanged BUT it is just for the Banger drivers only, NO ONE ELSE. Yes, that's right Dirt rod drivers you are categorized as NON-CONTACT !!!

For all other formula's you need to READ and fill out the relevant forms in full. Junior Parents, please ensure the disclaimer is signed and filled out in full, without this your child cannot drive. Please also ensure the anti-bullying policy is filled out with the licence.

All formula's please ensure you include in your applications two photos and your payments. If you are over 16 and as such not able to race in the junior formula but wish to race in one of the other formulas and are under the age of 18 your parents are required to fill out the junior disclaimer as well. 

Please ensure before you sign up and pay for your license you fully read and familiarize yourself with the rules. 

If you require a day license please print and fill out the relevant formula licence form and bring it with you on the day with the fee (cash only on the gate)     

This is not available for FWD Dirt rods.
