But from time to time by the very nature of the sport, unfortunate things can happen that is totally beyond of our control, And in this situation Stansted Raceway the Promoter and anyone affiliated with us including Drivers, Mechanic's, Marshall’s. suppliers of goods/services and Volunteer's cannot be held liable in any capacity. Stansted Raceway is a company registered in England and Wales, company registered address being Stansted Raceway Lovecotes Farm Chinkney Road Henham Village Bishops Stortford CM22 6BH (hereafter referred to as "we", "us", "our" and "ours"). We run and organise the Raceway events at the Raceway.
